OUR STORY

Coven-Goldman Associates is a full service commercial real estate firm. We specialize in real estate development, real estate brokerage and property management. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, CGA and related entities own and manage over 1,500,000 square feet of single-story office and warehouse buildings. These buildings are situated in different suburban areas in and around Greater Cleveland. Each building provides excellent highway access and both functional and attractive space. Most buildings have been developed within the last 30 years.

Each of our properties has individual floor plans for each suite and/or building. Go to our Buildings page and choose a building to see site plans and floor plans for available spaces.
Our buildings have been designed to accommodate office and warehouse tenants in the 2,000 square foot to 20,000 square foot range, although smaller and larger units do occasionally become available. Some of our current tenants include Dal-Tile, Citi Financial, Uddeholm Steel, Orkin, Invacare, Motorola, Goodyear, Ameritech, Ryan Homes and many other national and local companies.

CGA has been involved in industrial and commercial real estate since the 1950's. Today, CGA provides leasing, property and asset management, acquisition, development, build-to-suit and real estate brokerage services
